1. Who runs this site#
This site is run by Teleoplexis, the drug discovery section of Koło Naukowe Bioinformatyki, the bioinformatics science club at Poznań University of Technology. Because the section operates within the university's structures, the data controller under GDPR is Poznań University of Technology (pl. Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie 5, 60-965 Poznań).
For anything concerning this site, write to contact@teleoplexis.com. The university's data protection officer can be reached at iod@put.poznan.pl.
2. What we collect#
No contact form. This site has no forms. If you write to one of our email addresses, we hold your message and your address for as long as the correspondence requires, and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records aggregate data only: the page visited, the referring site, approximate screen size and country. It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and builds no cross-site profile of you. We cannot identify individual visitors from it, which is also why this site shows no cookie banner.
We do not profile you and we make no automated decisions with legal effect.
3. Purpose and legal basis#
- Replying to your message: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence.
- Aggregate traffic statistics to improve the site: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in anonymous, aggregated analysis.
4. Who else sees it#
The site is served from Amazon Web Services and fronted by Cloudflare, which also routes mail sent to our address and processes the statistics described above on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
That Poznań University of Technology is the right controller for a science-club section, and that its data protection officer considers this form of notice sufficient.
5. Your rights#
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and to port it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). For anything concerning your data, write to contact@teleoplexis.com or iod@put.poznan.pl.
6. Changes#
The current version of this notice is always available at this address. We will mark significant changes with an updated date.
